The RiverBank’s Osceola headquarters facility represents a 23,000 sf multiplex financial services center for the Osceola and St. Croix River Valley community. The exterior building connects to the two-story scale of downtown with usage of one-story brick base and columned two-story pavilion like articulation of the roof, columns and windows. The hipped roof reflects the residential character of the northern portion of the community. This allows the bank facility to connect the different architecture fabrics of the community.

The internal special concept is a two-story atrium with south facing clerestory windows daylighting the interior bank’s spatial volume. The L-shape second floor provides office space for lending, insurance, brokerage and retail banking overlooking the first floor banking floor which includes. The two-story entrance, which connects the downtown streetscape to the atrium lobby, provides a series of customer kiosks promoting an interactive financial service setting. The palette used in the interior is reflective of the River Valley’s natural materials of cherry wood and river slate enriched by natural light.
