The project for Bankers Systems, Inc. represents a master plan to reposition the 240,000 sf facility located in St. Cloud. The plan included a five-phase workscope to reposition the two-story printing and office “box” into a corporate headquarters. The new facility is designed to provide software development, sales and customer training for their financial document business. 70,000 sf of new software development and legal services office space was brought back to the main site from a leased location. The open office plan is housed in a glass and brick addition with an entry atrium to establish the new image and initiate the transformation from a printing to a software development company.
