The offices of Two Popes Film are located in the Grain Belt Bottling Building No. 2, part of the larger Grain Belt Brewery complex. The program includes two offices, a lobby, a meeting room, a kitchen and staging space for the production of advertising, primarily for television. The space will serve as home base for this company, which directs and produces advertising media nationwide. With the exception of the two offices, the space has to be ‘ultimately flexible’ to handle a wide-ranging scale of production. The project’s goal was to exist ‘lightly’ within its loft-like setting. The existing walls, ceiling, floor and exposed structure remain largely intact.
