This 49,000 sf building consists of two main components: a one-story branch Credit Union, and a three-story corporate headquarters. By folding the branch Credit Union to the south at a gentle angle, the building creates a welcoming court in the center of the site that serves as the public entry for both components. With significant daily member activity, the branch Credit Union is the most public function although it is the smaller of the two components.

As a reflection of the Credit Union’s organizational values and focus on its members, the building needs an architectural expression appropriate for its functional and organizational importance.
