Managing Architect, Client Relations
As BKV Group’s LEED coordinator, Gretchen interfaces with a wide range of internal and external team members including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, cost estimators and facility managers. She organizes LEED training opportunities and resources for BKV staff and coordinates, schedules, and manages the LEED documentation process for projects. Gretchen also directs the municipal planning process which includes coordination with city planning staff, client management, project schedule administration, and presentations to Planning Commissions and City Councils. She reviews projects per the City Zoning Codes to ensure required standards are met and works closely with Minneapolis neighborhood groups during the project’s initial design phase. Gretchen’s client relation skills and project schedule management are an integral part of the project team committed to timely completion of projects.
